Victoria Omoregie (she/her/hers) is ecstatic to work with New Rep on two beautiful productions! Victoria grew up in Dorchester and holds a BA in Acting from Boston University ‘22. She is a Thomas Derrah Award recipient and an Elliot Norton Nominee. Some of her previous credits include: FAIRVIEW (SpeakEasy Stage Company); The Bomb-Itty of Errors (Actors’ Shakespeare Project); Anthony and Cleopatra (New York Classical Theatre); LORENA: A Tabloid Epic (Boston Playwrights Theatre); The Legend of Georgia McBride, In The Red and Brown Water, Othello (Boston University). Victoria is grateful to be a part of two stories that are important to share with the world, and deeply resonate with her. She gives gratitude to her ancestors, and those who have fought, created, and paved ways for spaces to speak on the black experience. The beauty and pain, the humor and struggles, the love and JOY. She thanks God, her family, and friends for the support and love that pushes her to keep on keeping on!
