Welcome to Membership @ New Rep’s Frequently Asked Questions.

Please feel free to call the Box Office at 617-923-8487 with any remaining questions you might have about our new Membership @ New Rep program.  The Box Office staff will be more than happy to assist you.

How do I become a Member @ New Rep?
To become a Member @ New Rep, you pay the one low, flat membership fee of $60 or $35 if you are a full time student or 35 and under.  This entitles you to see one show of your choice in our 2010-2011 Season for free, and the ability to see any other show in the Season at your fixed, reduced membership rate.  You can purchase as many tickets as you’d like to whichever 2010-2011 Season shows you’d like,  whenever you’d like, and you’re guaranteed the best seats that we have available at your membership rate.  You do not have to decide which other shows you will see at the time you purchase your membership.

How does a Membership @ New Rep work?
Your Membership @ New Rep guarantees you the best seats New Rep has to offer at the time you of your order at your fixed, reduced Membership @ New Rep Rates.   It also entitles you to advance notice and discounted pricing on additional events New Rep produces during its 2010-2011 Season (from September 1, 2010 to May 31, 2011).

How many tickets can I purchase per show?
Your Membership @ New Rep allows you to buy as many tickets as you would like to any show in our 2010-2011 Season. This means you can come to a show as many times as you’d like or bring your family or friend(s) along with you, and you’ll receive your reduced Membership @ New Rep Rate.  If you have a 35 and Under or Full Time Student Membership, your guest(s) must show a valid photo/student ID to prove their age/full-time student status.  If your guest is not 35 and under and/or a full-time student, they will be charged either the reduced Orchestra Membership Rate or Tier B Membership Rate, depending on where your seats are located.  For all other members, your guest(s) will be charged at your Membership Rate.  Please note all tickets are subject to availability at the time of your order.

When do I need to book my ticket(s) to receive my Membership @ New Rep rate?
There is no deadline to book your ticket(s) to a New Rep show to receive your reduced Membership @ New Rep Rate. However, tickets are subject to availability at the time of your order.
