Valet Parking:

Missed Performance Insurance/Less Than 24 Hours Notice Insurance
If you missed your performance or you find out the day of the show that you are unable to attend that night, don’t worry. You can still see the same show on a different night. Just call the Box Office at 617-923-8487 and we will exchange your tickets right away. An insurance fee will apply to all exchanges under this privilege.
Lost Ticket Insurance
If your tickets get lost, simply call the Box Office at 617-923-8487 and we’ll have a new set of tickets waiting for you when you arrive at the theater, free of charge.
Guest Ticket Discounts
Subscribers can bring guests for $10.00 off, and Members can bring unlimited guests at their Membership rate.
